The RSPCA Kent, Isle of Thanet Branch and the East Kent Animal Centre are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).& We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email, literature from us. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, telephone number and email address.
We will never collect sensitive information about you. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date based on the last information provided by you.
All credit card transactions processed from this site are secure. All donations, the profit from purchases and any sponsorship go directly to help the animals in our care.
Shopping terms and conditions.
Goods: All sizes and weights are approximate. Supplies of goods are subject to availability.
Guarantee: If you find that you are unhappy with the quality or value of any item or if your goods are damaged in transit, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt when we will be happy to replace or give you a full refund.
Delivery: We deliver goods to all UK addresses. Please allow 28 days for deliveries.
Complaints: We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.
Cancellations/Refunds: On receipt of the goods, if you wish to cancel the order for any reason or return the goods, you will need to do so within seven working days from the day the goods are received. You will be asked to pay for the cost of returning the goods and you will be refunded the cost of the goods less a 10% handling charge.

The animals displayed on this website are currently in our care. They have differing needs. Please be aware that under no circumstances can we reserve an animal until an interview has been completed. Please note that you have to be 18 years old or over to adopt one of our animals.
Animals are rehomed by us six days a week. Although we do our best to keep this site up to date, there may be occasions when an animal appearing on the website has already been rehomed. We are unable to confirm by telephone, fax or email if a particular animal is still available but we do urge you to visit as we always have many animals waiting for new homes.
All our animals are given health checks and temperament assessments. This gives us an insight into their character and enables us to make a considered decision as to which type of home would be best for the animal. Once an animal settles in a new home their behaviour can alter and we can only assess the animals on the behaviour they display whilst in our care
